This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in spa and wellness management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Program Development & Management:Design and implement wellness and spa programs that align with our vision of longevity and holistic well-being.Develop and maintain a diverse range of spa treatments, services, and packages that cater to different guest needs and preferences.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our offerings.Guest Experience:Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service from their initial contact through to the completion of their spa experience.Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.Personalize guest interactions and recommendations to enhance their overall spa experience.Team Leadership & Training:Lead, motivate, and support spa staff, including therapists and wellness practitioners, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep the team updated on new treatments, techniques, and wellness trends.Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.Operational Management:Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.Ensure that all spa equipment, products, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.Monitor and manage the spa budget, including tracking expenses, managing inventory, and maximizing revenue.Marketing & Promotions:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies, special offers, and events that drive spa traffic and enhance guest engagement.Assist in creating engaging content for social media and other marketing channels to promote spa services and wellness programs.Quality Control & Compliance:Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered in accordance with Fairmont's quality standards and regulatory requirements.Implement and monitor procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Wellness, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in spa management, wellness program development, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.Strong understanding of wellness trends, spa treatments, and longevity practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Additional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
