Special Situations Fund Management - Senior Analyst About The Role We are looking for a professional with an analytical profile who has at least 5 years of experience in the analysis of investments and special situations (company recovery, litigation finance, acquisition of credit rights) with mastery in the analysis of company balances and legal knowledge (business law, capital market, civil litigation). We consider experience with equities and law studies a plus. Core Accountabilities · Conduct in-depth research on the Brazilian and the Investment Funds industry to identify investment opportunities. · Evaluate and analyze the financial and legal situation (business law, capital market, civil constitutionalism) of selected opportunities. · Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information related to potential deals, leads, and market research findings. · Collaborate with our team to create compelling presentations that highlight our expertise and industry knowledge. · Assist in tailoring presentation materials to address specific needs and persuasive pitches. · As part of your career path, you may have the opportunity to help companies turn around, manage crises, or accelerate their growth.   About You · Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field with at least 5 years of experience; · Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize complex data. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Proficiency in research and data analysis tools. · Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. · We consider experience with equities and law studies a plus.   Location This position will be based in our São Paulo. While we offer flexibility that allows for occasional remote work, it is important to note that the role will primarily require your presence at our São Paulo office.
