Job Description
The selection process for this position has a target audience of "BLACK PEOPLE", aligned with the transformation journey of TechnipFMC to become a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive company. Support Global Projects Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of global HR projects.
Ensure alignment with regional and global strategies while addressing unique local needs.
Design and Standardize Change Management Materials: Develop comprehensive change management frameworks, templates, and toolkits that can be easily adapted by regional leadership.
Coach and Guide Regional Leadership: Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to regional leaders in applying change management principles to their projects.
Manage Global HRSD Internal Page Updates: Oversee the continuous updating and enhancement of the Global POP page, ensuring all information is accurate, current, and relevant.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, analyze, and engage with key stakeholders across the organization.
Develop communication plans that ensure stakeholder buy-in and smooth transitions throughout the change process.
Performance Measurement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and initiatives.
Job Purpose
This role will be pivotal in supporting the successful implementation of global projects by designing and standardizing change management materials, providing coaching and guidance to regional leadership, and ensuring smooth transition and communication to our projects.
You are meant for this job if:
Educational Background: bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Advanced or Native English speaker (English will be required 90% of the time)
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and global environment.
Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in creating and managing content for internal platforms.
Ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
