**Job Description**:
This position is responsible for supporting the strategies and activities of corporate marketing and communications internally and externally in Brazil, aligned with the Brambles and CHEP Regional strategy, considering Brazil's plans for growth.
Mayor Key accountabilities
- Develop and oversee Brazil's corporate internal and external communications and Marketing strategy and messaging, acting asprincipal trade media contact in the country.
- Collaborate and partner with global, regional, and local teams to ensure content and messaging aligns with company strategy.
- Define and implement full communications plans for functional campaigns.
e.g.
Sustainability, Safety,, Transformation, Asset recovery, among others.
- Influence stakeholders to drive consistency and change across the organisation.
- Adapt CHEP's LatAm regional strategy to Brazil's business context; with enough consistency to respond to market development by using demand generation activities and communication platforms (on and offline).
- Anticipate and understand market changes, opportunities and trends that would represent risks and opportunities (protect core business and further develop new value streams) within the country.
- Support and facilitate key initiatives that could represent business evolution / transformation: in Brazil; enabling the launch of new solutions to support and enhancing our value proposition
- Execute the regional marketing plan for Brazil to position CHEP in key areas, with responsibilitys for safekeeping policies within global branding, marketing automation and digital marketing.
- Responsible for the performance management of external agencies and vendors to ensure maximum impact/return for the business to increase opportunities and customer value, supporting Commercial teams and other functional areas to drive tangible business results.

- Achieve the number of leads requested by the strategy team with the support of the planning and execution of demand generation activities
- Work as a connection between the Brazilian team, the regional teams and agencies.
- Meet the annual objectives according to the responsibilities of each department

**Qualifications**:
- Over five years' experience working in a marketing, journalism, communications and/or public relations role
- Experience dealing with a significant & diverse number of employee audiences and stakeholders
- Proven record managing and developing strategy and marketing campaigns (including ATL/BTL and digital track of record).
- Experience with innovative solutions for demand generation, marketing automation, lead generation, scoring and nurturing strategies, and web management best practices.
- Desirable: strong technical and systems/software knowledge including Salesforce
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communications skills (in English & Portuguese
- desirable Spanish).
- Flexible, Curious, self-motivated, engaged, result-driven and pro-active.
- Detailed understanding of web-based communications.
- Digital Marketing capabilities and knowledge of social media and marketing automatization tools; CRM platforms - Salesforce & Pardot.
- Business analytics platforms understanding (Passport Euromonitor).
