Overview The Talent Acquisition team is looking for an Associate Specialist to help drive our Operational Excellence in Talent Acquisition by consistently innovating and problem-solving.

Role In this position, you will.
• Manage and maintain our Talent Acquisition Knowledge Center • Conduct Training for new processes and New Hire Onboarding for TA • Create and maintain Process Documentation for both TA and S&O including trackers, policies and process workflow • Internal TA communication support • Manage User access for a number of TA platforms, such as LinkedIn etc.
• Vendor Management Support • Troubleshooting Workday Recruiting processes and escalations • Agile Project support as needed • Storytelling and deck creation All About You The ideal candidate for this position should.
