Analyze data to provide insights and relevant information for the business, aiding in decision-making.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, formulate action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Essential Responsible Areas:Implement and promote best practices to reduce spoilage and production losses in the region.Develop, implement, and periodically monitor KPIs related to effectiveness spoilage control.Collaborate with Can and Ends Plants to identify opportunities and improvements in manufacturing processes focused on effectively reducing spoilage.Identify and map the variables of each plant that impact spoilage in the region, and establish benchmarks to address common challenges.Work collaboratively with the Global Process / Quality and Manufacturing team to implement and improve best practices defined as standard globally.Control performance indicators and inputs, coordinating meetings and resources to ensure the achievement of results, developing tracking methodologies with plants and affected sectors.Monitor closely the evolution of results and trends, anticipating actions through analysis of indicators and strategic meetings with plants.Responsible for driving new strategies and enhancing spoilage control at BPSA plants, with the aim of optimizing processes for effective monitoring of spoilage indicators.Requirements and Knowledge:Completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Production, Materials, Chemical) or associated area;Advanced English;Spanish is Desirable;Knowledge in strategies for controlling spoilage and minimizing production losses;Knowledge in Process Optimization;Expertise in data analysis and statistics, coupled with experience in developing action plans;Experience in industrial process analysis with a systemic approach and knowledge of continuous improvement tools;Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce production volume losses;Technical analysis skills to evaluate and optimize production processes aimed at reducing losses.Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
