Bring your unique energy to our team of more than 20,000 people worldwide, and discover a rewarding, fulfilling, and varied career that you can take in anywhere you want to go.Job Purpose Specialist Supplier Quality EngineerPerform and document processes of qualification/development of suppliers, products, services, and equipment, monitor and carry out containment, root cause analysis, implementation of solutions, and verification of effectiveness for quality problems of materials/equipment, inspections in the suppliers of materials/equipment, aiming to meet the proposed requirements for all business units of the company.Job Description Perform quality audits on suppliers to verify compliance with applicable standards and requirements.Perform Security Assessment on suppliers to verify compliance with applicable standards and requirements.Follow up the technical and security audits conducted by TechnipFMC experts, as applicable.Execute and document processes for qualification/development of suppliers, products, services, and equipment.Perform training with suppliers in the specific TechnipFMC tools/processes/disciplines.Develop and/or revise documents/procedures/technical specifications, as applicable.Approve documents/procedures/technical specifications, as applicable.Perform process and security checks on suppliers.Follow up and/or monitor inspections in suppliers and guide/direct action of inspectors.Review inspection reports and measurement bulletins from suppliers.Monitor the performance of Safety and Quality suppliers in their respective scope.Perform containment, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive solutions, and verify effectiveness for quality problems of products, services, and equipment from suppliers.Perform continuous improvement of production processes and controls with suppliers.Execute internal process improvements, aligned with the goals and objectives of the department.Represent the SQ team in the interface with Projects, as needed by the business.You are meant for this job if: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production or related;Extensive experience in the manufacturing area;Advanced knowledge in Welding, Dimensional, NDT, Machining and Manufacturing;Experience in the Oil & Gas segment;Advanced English - Mandatory;Desirable advanced knowledge in quality tools (PDCA; 8D; Kaizen A3, PFMEA, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto diagram, 5 Why method) and Lean philosophy;Good knowledge of the Office Pack (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat).
