As a specialist technician you will perform the final functional and mechanical inspection of equipment, using work instructions and/or technical project notebooks, seeking to meet quality, safety and environmental requirements in accordance with internal and/or external standards.
The Expert Technician I operate in a fast-paced FRT environment where precision, speed and quality are paramount. They work closely with the assembly team leader, production management and project management. They carry out inspections on medium and low voltage panels, through routine tests, according to pre-established procedures, which guarantee the quality and perfect functioning of the panels in operation. They issue a final inspection report, with all routine tests carried out, photographic reports, as well as all necessary documentation, to accompany all the details of the panel inspection, storing everything on the company's network.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Follow the FRT and FAT plan as instructed by the Production Coordinator.
- Perform FRT and FAT in accordance with work instructions and/or approved designs.
- Promote a working environment through the appropriate use of EPI.
- Communication:
- Clearly communicate any quality deviations during the assembly process to the production management and project management.
- Report FRT and FAT status as needed.
**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- General Education
- Technical course in electrical, electrical and/or mechanics;
- NR10.
- General Experience
- Reading and interpretation of drawings and single-line diagrams.
- Experience with routine tests for medium and low voltage panels (Applied voltage, contact resistance, etc.).
