Job Responsibilities: The Specialized Finance Department offers services that include short- and long-term structured financing, with or without corporate guarantees, in the infrastructure and energy sectors, especially utility concessions.
Generally, they refer to loan structures in the Project Finance modality that depend mainly on the project's cash flow for repayment purposes, with the project's assets, rights and interests considered securities or primary guarantees; The position's functions include evaluation, analysis, financial modeling and project management, reporting directly to the Head.
Support in the origination, coordination, structuring and implementation of products and services related to project financing.
