Sport Crm Manager

FUNCTIONS:
Create strategies for conversion, retention and reactivation in all products andservices we offer:
sports, casino and live casino for the Mexican market as well as the execution of CRM campaigns.
Improving the customer experience is key, this is possible by monitoring segmented and targeted CRM campaigns, measuring ROI, prioritizing resources, optimizing costs and allowing continuous improvement in conversion, retention and customer reactivation.
This is only possible when we work together as a team, and you will be in contact with most departments, from development, design, customerservice, BI and more.Provide analysis of the competition, generating insights and sharing them with the other areas and within the team.REQUIREMENTS:
Solid experience in CRM.Knowledge of campaign management and marketing tools.Experience in the industry and in similar roles focused onsports bets.Knowledge in sports is an exclusive requirement.Experience in e-gambling is valued / has an interest in casino games.Educated to a degree level and/or equivalent to a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally working in marketing.Native or fluent Portuguese speaker with advanced command of spoken English and written.
