**As our Sportsbook Manager you will**:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create localized sports offerings targeting Brazilian players for retention, reactivation and acquisition based on the sporting calendar.
- Develop and deliver effective product strategies with the Sportsbook department to enhance the customer experience and maximise profitability.
- Analyse trading performance, track player betting behaviour and trends, implementing necessary measures to minimise risk and rectify unprofitable business practices.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure seamless product, trading, and marketing support.
- Drive projects to improve Sportsbook functionalities, features, and processes.
- Manage and implement competitive bonus incentive setups, monitoring their success.
- Ensure sites are updated with relevant content according to the sporting calendar.
- Collaborate closely with our third-party providers and internal stakeholders to ensure our offering remains up to date for all respective markets and that all product features are performing as expected.
- Collaborate with BI, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure our offering remains compliant, relevant and effective.
- Attend industry conferences and events as required.
- Report and present operational and marketing activities to different teams and stakeholders.
- Work with multiple teams to ensure consistent site experience and customer journeys across all channels.
- Monitor competitor activity for product development, promotions and positioning.
- Act as a sports ambassador within the business and establish a knowledge base of Sportsbook within the company.
**Your areas of knowledge and experience include**:
- Profound business understanding and Sportsbook product knowledge.
- Proven experience collaborating across multiple teams, particularly with Marketing/Commercial.
- Genuine passion for sports and sports betting.
- Excellent analytical ability with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Demonstrates adaptability in working hours and responsibilities, displaying a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Team player with the willingness to share knowledge and learn.
- Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English; another language is a plus.
