As a Sportsbook Manager you must be passionate about sports and sports betting, with a good understanding of the Brazilian online gaming industry. The role will suit a passionate candidate who is keen to make their mark in an industry-leading company, aimed at stimulating growth as well as engaging the customer base.A flavour of what you will be doing:Ensure smooth daily operations of the Sportsbook businessEnsure high quality across-the-board, site experience and customer journeys effectiveness upon allCommunicate product rollout and strategy to key departments within the business – customer services, affiliates, VIP team and marketing departmentCollaborate with brand and customer marketing team to ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall monthly and quarterly targets.Engage Central Sportsbook Team and suppliers on implementation of new featuresEvaluation of sportsbook margins and player profiling through constant communication with providersSupport customer-marketing team to come up with creative and hard-hitting Sportsbook campaigns, which actively engage customersManage competition positioning, site content and overall promotions visibility across screensWork closely with the rest of the local team, to ensure the most valuable customers are receiving outstanding communications, offers and treatmentConstantly evaluate the campaigns you are running in order to improve efficiency and ROI and report performances to line-manager as it relates to the KPIs set – Retention, active customers, Revenue, ROI & overall product performanceWhat's in it for me?You'll get the opportunity to work in an international environment, at a 100% digital company that is the market leader within the online gaming industry.Much like riding a rollercoaster, sometimes life at Betsson can be lightning fast with twists and turns but always FUN!
