Squad Lead - Tribo Iaas

Responsibilities: Ensure the evolution of team members (individual feedback and 360, 1:1, PDIs); Foment the formation and evolution of a diverse, collaborative team with Magalu culture; Responsible for the deliveries and capacity of the teams, following and propagating the principles of Luizalabs; Agile mindset, ensuring the ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Meeting, Retros and Code Reviews); Data oriented, helping the team to realize the need for improvement and the impacts of changes; Technical support, knowing in depth the product that the team takes care of, seeking help from Techleads in necessary cases; Easy relationship with the product team (Product Owners); Negotiation deadlines skills; Collaborative attitude, always seeking to serve internal and external customers in the best possible way; Ability to deal with adverse scenarios, adapt to changes, overcome obstacles or resist the pressure of different situations; Resilient in terms of managing and ensuring the quality of product delivery; Guardian of good security practices, availability, performance and cost; Inspire the team to create automation whenever possible; Guide the development of what brings competitive advantage; Always seek the creation of the simple but sustainable. Main requirements: Strong professional English - comfortable communicating verbally in English on a daily basis. Software development background; preferably with Python or Go People management experience (technical teams) Agile methods. Experience in any of the following would be a big plus: Experience in creating, designing, developing or operating Clouds or IaaS Experience in/with DevOps or SRE OpenStack, Ceph, Swift, Kubernetes
