This job requires excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and project management skills.
The Squad Leader will play a key role in achieving our organizational goals, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence in project delivery.Responsibilities Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.Coach team members about Agile frameworks.Facilitate effective collaboration and internal communication.Collaborate with business product owners and stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, objectives, and deliverables.Work with Product Owners to handle new requests and backlogs.Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts that occur.Help teams implement effective changes.Ensure deliverables are of quality standards by the end of every sprint.Help development teams to attain a higher level of Scrum maturity.Create a productive environment where team members feel confident and enjoy product work.Monitor squad performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.Requirements Bachelor's degree.Experience in the Project Manager role including budgeting.Must be familiar with software development.Excellent knowledge and working experience of additional Agile frameworks is a must.Strong knowledge of scrum artifacts and techniques, including the Definition of Done, backlog refinement, user stories, ceremonies, and automated testing.Excellent servant leadership and presentation skills.Conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.Outstanding organizational skills.Experience working with common industry tools including Azure DevOps and Confluence.Experience working with multicultural teams.C1 English level for conversation.Experience delivering website, digital, CMS or Digital Experience related projects.Experience with Drupal or other CMS tools/platforms.Nice To Have Scrum Master certification preferred.Our Benefits Health plan and dental plan.Meal allowances.Childcare assistance.Extended parenting leave.Gympass.Annual profit-sharing distribution.Life insurance.Partnership with an online mental health platform.CI&T University.Discount Club.Support Program: financial, psychological guidance, nutritionist and more.Pregnancy course and responsible parenthood.Partnership with online course platforms.Platform for language learning.And many others.#Midsenior CI&T is an equal-opportunity employer.
