Most of the positions are in the sales and construction industries.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies to attract candidates with experience in sales, estimation, and construction trades. Source, screen, and interview candidates Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline. Manage the candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback. Created and maintained job descriptions and recruitment materials. Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Light accent or accent neutral Experience recruiting and interviewing candidates in the United States Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams. In this role, you will fulfill the important role of selecting excellent people to work with as a luxury home builder.
