- Ensure safe working practice and adherence to Grace Policies.
- Make sure the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) is achieved / exceeded.
- Set appropriate metrics (KPI´s) to ensure business focus on sustainable growth and employee's behaviors in line with Grace Vision & Values.
- Commercial Excellence Execution through (i) providing internal / external resources to the Sales Team performing as a best-in-class specialty chemical company, (ii) Coach and contribute to the individuals development, (iii) Ensure relevant information from Market, Competitors and Trends are properly loaded and available in the SF (Salesforce).
- Development, maintenance and improvement of relationship with new and existing customers, establishing contacts at all levels in customers operations, technical centers and HQ's.
- Review sales activity reports and compare them with planned activities to ensure adherence to targets.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, engineering, or related field.
- Fluent English.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 5-7 years of engineering, technical or sales experience preferred.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
