You have proficiency in accounting systems, and strong motivation to contribute to the achievement of efficient monthly, quarterly, and annual close financial reporting processes. You pay great attention to detail and have the ability to deliver results under deadlines as well as working effectively cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Accounting.ResponsibilitiesPrepare manual Journal entries in local accounting systemReconcile balance sheet accountsReconcile general ledger to sub-ledgers (AP, AR and FA)Be responsible for indirect tax calculation and preparation of monthly tax returnsManage income tax calculation in compliance with RFB rules and adjustments to tax booksPrepare spreadsheets for P&L and BS variance analysisTrack trends and facilitate ad-hoc projectsJob DesignationRemote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.
