Primary Purpose of this Position: Deploy and execute the train the trainer program within the region and aid in the creation of regional and site-specific work instructions, ensuring to follow the standard process defined by the Director, Technical Training Supply Chain and Operations and the Talent Development COE. What will you be responsible for? Technical Writing & Work Instruction Development: In partnership with subject matter experts, develop clear, concise, and effective work instructions that aid in the Ball Pathway program as well as support the current production workforce in following standard processes. Facilitate Train the Trainer Sessions: Facilitate interactive and engaging train the trainer sessions for the plant workforce utilizing the curriculum created by the Talent Development COE in partnership with the Director, Technical Training Supply Chain & Operations. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborates with key business partners to review/discuss work instruction needs and aid in the development of work instructions with the help of subject matter experts. Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and leadership through relationship development, clarity of communication, etc. for the purpose of accomplishing work objectives. Continuous Learning Culture: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning with stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of ongoing technical development to adapt to evolving industry standards and practices. What are we looking for? Experience in technical writing of standard work documents and facilitation of technical training practices, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training & Development, or a related field. Software: Expertise in MS Office Suite (and other similar development software). Writing Skills: Technical writing. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. Problem Solving: Problem resolution and time management skills.
