This role presents a significant opportunity for professional development, allowing the individual to co-lead one of the region's key growth brands, JOHNSON'S. The primary responsibilities include:Support the development of a robust pipeline for JOHNSON'S, HIPOGLÓS, DESITIN, and COTONETES, ensuring pipeline balance between new product developments, commercial innovations, and cost innovation ideas.Collaborate with Local & Global Marketing and cross-functional teams to drive excellence in all aspects of product development, including concept research, product design, packaging development, and commercialization.Monitor market dynamics and business KPIs to support the innovation and claims strategic approach.Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends to inform brand strategy and messaging.Monitor product post-launch, track key metrics, communicate results, and identify improvement opportunities.Ensure the implementation of equity guidelines for JOHNSON'S in LATAM.Manage and oversee the creative development process for all brand assets, including advertising and packaging materials.Develop a comprehensive understanding of key markets and utilize research tools and resources to design the most appropriate research plan and analytical approach to address business needs.Drive a challenger mindset, agility, and servant leadership among cross-functional teams.Mentor less experienced specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Marketing experience within Local, Regional, or Global roles.Experience in innovation project management.In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills to interpret market access data and feasibility research.
