ABOUT THE ROLEThe Tier 2 Payroll Sr.
Associate is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of payroll, ensuring timely processing and compliance with standard payroll processes for assigned accounts.
S/he will perform inquiry management/resolution, transaction processing, and general customer service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPayroll end-to-end process.Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees' payroll for countries supported.Ensure data from Workday and non-Workday data is collated and transferred to the Local Country Payroll Vendor (LCPV).Support other payroll processes such as terminations, pay in advancement, loans, etc.Assist in the compilation and update of related payroll tools e.g., Country payroll manuals, wage type catalogues, process flows, and payroll calendars.Support payroll software upgrades to ensure that the system is updated as per legal and statutory requirements.Address employees' concerns and queries in a timely manner.Drive and sustain cross-country process improvement and commonality within the supported countries.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures for assigned countries.Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Excel) and ideally having worked with multiple technologies (e.g.
HRIS System, Workday, SAP).2 - 4 years payroll experience.PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSStrong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while operating efficiently under continuous change.Strong drive for results, accuracy, and compliance control.Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality.Language: English intermediate.JOB REQUIREMENTSFull-Time.Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.This role is not eligible for relocation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
