The Tier 2 Payroll Sr.
Associate is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of payroll, ensuring timely processing and compliance to standard payroll processes of assigned account/s.
S/he will perform inquiry management/resolution, transaction processing, and general customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Payroll end-to-end process.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees' payroll for countries supported.
Ensure data from Workday and non-Workday data is collated and transferred to the Local Country Payroll Vendor (LCPV).
Support other payroll processes such as terminations, pay in advancement, loans, etc.
Assist in the compilation and update of related payroll tools e.g., Country payroll manuals, wage type catalogues, process flows, and payroll calendars.
Support payroll software upgrades to ensure that the system is updated as per legal and statutory requirements.
Address employees' concerns and queries in a timely manner.
Drive and sustain cross-country process improvement and commonality within the countries supported.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures for assigned countries.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Excel) and ideally having worked with multiple technologies (e.g., HRIS System, Workday, SAP).
2 - 4 years payroll experience.

Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and operate efficiently under continuous change.
Strong drive for results, accuracy, and control compliance.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Full-Time
Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.
This role is not eligible for relocation.
