Business Development Representative

to help us achieve and surpass our ambitious growth targets in the e-commerce industry.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital solutions—spanning strategy, platforms, and commerce—and excel at cold outreach to potential clients and partners.

This position is available to remote candidates located within Latin America.

WE'LL NEED YOU TO:
Conduct cold outreach via email campaigns and phone calls to target key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Nurture relationships with potential clients and identify new business opportunities through consistent outreach.
Assist with business development marketing strategies and follow up on inbound leads.

YOU MUST HAVE:
4+ years of experience in acquiring new clients, ideally within a digital agency, management consulting, or eCommerce agency.
Proven expertise in cold outreach, including email campaigns and phone calls, with a track record of successfully engaging prospects.
A strong network in the eCommerce and/or digital sectors.
Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a track record of closing substantial contracts.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships and develop trust quickly.
Strong storytelling abilities, enabling you to take clients on a journey and clearly articulate the value of our services.

IT'D BE A PLUS IF YOU HAD
Experience in the eCommerce development industry.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM systems to manage, track, and report on sales activities, ensuring the health of the sales funnel is accurately reflected.
