As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering critical data, preparing comprehensive reports, and building insightful Power BI dashboards.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify efficiency gains, and contribute to data-informed strategies that drive our business forward.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a
Sr.
Business Operations Analyst , you will:
Gather and analyze data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time visibility into business metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and reporting needs.
Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations and present findings to senior management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose data-driven solutions.
Manage data integrity and consistency across multiple platforms and systems.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analytics.
Analyze and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop and implement business performance metrics to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement.
About You
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Five years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Proficiency with Power BI and other data visualization tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
