As a part of the TD SYNNEX´s Empresa importante Identity and Access Management team (IAM), the
Senior Identity and Access Specialist is responsible for expert level user
accounts administration and supplies primary triage of system-wide and/or end user
issues. The Senior position provides his/her team floor level, lead-like guidance
which serve to facilitate a compliant and efficient Empresa importante team operation. The
Snr. Specialist monitors quality of work and output, serving as entry level
level administrative and technical experience in the compliant administration of a
diverse suite of identity management platforms and supported IAM platforms. The
Senior Specialist provides floor-level administrative perspective and requirement
for our primary Identity synchronization utility, Empresa importante Identity Manager
(MIM). He/she is the on the front lines of interfacing with our business and
internal IT contacts when addressing critical systems issues that require cross-IT
coordination and support. This individual leads by action and exemplifies all TD
SYNNEX values. Demonstrates qualities required to eventually operate in a
leadership capacity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A lead level administrator that works hand-in-hand with IAM Leadership to ensure
resources and the efficient processing of TD SYNNEX Empresa importante personnel's
onboardings, user account setups, access modifications, licensing and timely
removals of access upon separation from TD SYNNEX. (50%)
Team ambassador and IAM Project Lead. Interfaces directly with the business,
Project Managers, portfolio owners and other IT support personnel to provide
SME-level Identity guidance and project support. (30%)
Periodically reviews pre-existing security based configurations, implements
reconciliation activities and facilitates the creation of various access control
reporting used to provide Security team guidance and awareness. (15%)
Performs daily identity management tasks associated to the general upkeep and
enhancement of MIM technology, leveraging knowledge of AD, LDS, SQL, and other
custom tools. (5%)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's Degree with IT field of study required.
OTHER EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:
Selection of security and technology certifications and/or equivalent proven work
experience
