Job Responsibilities: Preparation of specification documents for improvement and remediation plans for SMBCB's financial crime prevention systems; Analysis and preparation of functional business requirements to implement new tools for controlling and detecting financial crimes; Preparation and execution of test plans; Carrying out studies to review and change parameters of financial crime prevention systems; Mapping processes and data of money laundering prevention systems; Interaction with the SMBCB Information Technology team, as well as with the regional Information Technology and FCC Analytics teams at SMBC NY; Analysis of requirements and preparation of the necessary documentation for Validation of Models of financial crime prevention systems with the Risk Management team of the Americas Division of SMBC NY; Development of controls for continuous monitoring of the performance of financial crime systems and tools, including but not limited to the establishment of indicators, metrics and monitoring reports; Analysis of risks and problems related to system governance and data quality processed by financial crime prevention systems; Conduct training for the Compliance team on financial crime prevention tools and systems.; Preparation and maintenance of procedure manuals related to systems and tools to mitigate the risk of financial crimes. Qualifications: Degree in Technology, Information Systems, Administration, Engineering and related areas; Advanced English; Ability to deal with improvement and remediation projects for financial crime prevention systems.
