Consultant Management Reporting
**Job Description**:
Main purpose of the role:
Operate as a client-facing, direct and indirect, support to the assigned function and sub functions, for the delivery of reliable, timely and insightful information.
Participate and in some cases lead the standardization of reporting and analysis that will help enable the business and functional units to increase their focus on decision support.
Role Accountabilities:
Provide timely, accurate, consistent, and complete financial information to assigned functional leadership for assistance in making sound business decisions and driving results
Assist in providing strategic and operational support to globalize the management of the assigned function
Assist in the development of SG&A on-going reporting and business planning for the assigned function
Identify and help lead process improvements, methods and activities to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness and improve overall business information delivery
Assist inthe support of the Global SG&A system
Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis support to the assigned function, and other enterprise functions, as necessary
Demonstrate a commitment to quality performance through personal example by adopting a Think Customer philosophy in the level of service provided
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related
At least 5 years of experience in similar position
Advanced Excel and SAP
Advanced English level
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
Process improvement mindset
Flexible, organized and customer service oriented
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Project and Process management
