**We are currently recruiting a Sr.
Customer Collaboration Analyst to be based in São José dos Campos.
**

In this position, the analyst will be responsible for giving the right customer visibility for Food Channel, connecting to internal stakeholders, and keeping Logistic KPIs on track.
The analyst will be responsible for identify and escalate processes bottlenecks to improve service level to our customer and improve logistic distribution.
This senior analyst will be responsible for improving the service level of the 2 most important customers of the New Planned Consumer Health Company - Food Channel.
These activities will help deliver area to have the visibility of cases promptly, avoiding processes disruption and processes delays.
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop close relationship with designated Customers, understanding their Supply Chain Organization and leading frequently meetings and visits
- Manage the E2E order entry until the delivery, guaranteeing that products will be delivered at the right time, in the right amount.
- Identify and lead projects with internal and external customer seeking better efficiency and service level.
- Collect and understand Customer metrics and develop internal reports
- Manage Customer Inventory
- Work collaboratively with commercial team influencing a more accurate forecast
- Generate scorecard with KPIs to optimize inventory

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 4+ years of experience with Customer Facing/ customer support or similar position
- Technical Abilities: Power BI and SAP knowledge, Advanced Excel
- Intermediate English
- Data Driven Mindset
- Resilient
- Proactive Behavior
