This role is based in Rio De Janeiro.Your Impact Provide loyalty-inspiring customer service that drives user engagement and sustains product usage.Troubleshoot & resolve complex technical and/or engineering related problems reported by customers using AspenTech's proprietary software.Responsible for the escalation of customer issues and driving the resolution cross-functionally within AspenTech.Deliver high-quality training classes or workshops, based on the relevant principles of geosciences and upstream workflows, to AspenTech customers.Develop strong relationships with customers, building an understanding of their business needs and challenges.Analyze customer environment and user base to understand how to drive additional engagement and expand footprint within domain.Maintain up-to-date the heatmap of accounts.Proactive collaboration with other AspenTech functions to maintain and develop opportunities.What You'll Need Seismic Interpretation Workflows, mapping and volumetrics.Well to Seismic Calibration.Seismic Attributes and QSI is a plus.Velocity modeling and Time to Depth Conversion is a plus.Knowledge of New or Renewable Energy workflows (like CCS, Geothermal Energy) is a plus.Bachelor's Degree in Geoscience-related disciplines such as Geology or Geophysics.Experience working at an international or national company in the energy sector using software applications for seismic processing and imaging, or seismic interpretation.Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills.
