Sr. Data (Web) Analytics Specialist

As a company, we promote a culture that values success, fairness, excellence, and professional growth.Crimson Agility is looking for a Senior Data (Web) Analytics Specialist with a strong background in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, Attribution, and BigQuery. We would like someone who is also proficient in setting up conversion tracking for platforms like Facebook Pixels, WeltPixel, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Klaviyo. Our ideal candidate would own analytics and reporting for our clients and team members. They would be our go-to person for questions around GA4, Google Tag Manager and be able to provide troubleshooting and explain concepts to internal team members.This position is available to remote candidates located within Latin America.WE'LL NEED YOU TOCreate and send monthly reports to our marketing clients.Create custom dashboards in Looker Implement GA4 e-commerce tracking for the aforementioned platforms Work with internal team members to provide insightsConversion tracking configuration and troubleshootingManage and optimize attribution models to provide insights into the performance of marketing channelsLeverage BigQuery to analyze large datasets, improving data-driven decision-making for clientsDevelop and manage our internal process around analytics and reportingYOU MUST HAVE+5 Years of Experience in Google Tag Manager+2 Years of Experience in Google Analytics 4Proficiency setting up conversion trackingExperience using BigQuery for data analysis and decision-makingExperience with Business Intelligence tools such as LookerExperience in Agency environmentsFluent English (C1/C2)IT'S A PLUS IF YOU HAVEExperience in the e-commerce industryExperience with PPCWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive Salary ($36,000 - $60,000 USD/yr., depending on experience, education, certifications, etc.)Quarterly Bonuses18 Days of PTO + 5 Sick Days + 10 HolidaysPaid certifications and training programs
