Wisely is consumer facing general payroll card that offers latest innovations in the payments business like Early Wage Access EWA, and On Demand Pay ODP.
Given the consumer facing nature of this card, future innovation will involve features to compete with neo banks and traditional credit card players.
You will bring the designs and ideas to life for new marketing and data analytics actions on the Wisely card realm.
You will start your day on a scrum call to prioritize and track work.
Within the team you work on, you will choose user stories to work within a sprint cycle.
You will spend most of your day developing and testing your code.
Every three weeks, you will be involved in the release activities.
To thrive in this development career, youll need to be an expert/experienced in Marketing Tools.
Youll need to be familiar with Sales Force Marketing Cloud SFMC SDK and the reporting systems, Pendo, Pixel and Empresa importante Analytics.
You are good with scripting.
Data analytics skills is required.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Heres what you can expect on a typical day:
Well start each day with a scrum, working together to understand responsibilities, ID any issues, and communicate coding priorities.
Working in two
- Week sprints, you must keep up with timelines and good coding standards.
Your primary responsibility is to deliver features on time.
We dont code in a silo.
Youll talk to everyone from the project manager to Quality Assurance and current customers to understand requirements and create a collaborative output.
Were always learning new codes and investigating open source communities.
Knowing what questions to ask is more important than knowing the right answers.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Youll have a bachelors degree OR equivalent.
Youll need to be experienced in Marketing Tools:
Sales Force Management Cloud SDK and the reporting systems.
Desired:
Experience in running campaigns, A/B testes, Pendo, Pixel, and Empresa importante Analytics.
Fluent English.
