General Description: The Sr. Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring and monitoring the efficient utilization of the business' cash management, funding, liquidity, working capital, foreign exchange rate and credit risk exposures and capital structure of the company globally for the business unity. Activities & Responsibilities :Finance & Treasur yGlobal responsible for developing policies and procedures related to the finance area .Oversee cash flow and treasury activities globally, overseeing cash management, funding, liquidity, working capital, capital structure and bank strategy and execution .Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies, supervising each regional entity's cash forecast (direct and indirect method), in order to provide proper liquidity for the business .Monitor working capital performance and cash conversion cycle .Responsible for leading strategic projects in the area .Monitor capital expenditure for the business by consolidating and analyzing capex utilization of the different regions .Manage the relationship with banks .Ownership of the financial close process, overseeing external accounting firm, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual results, with a comprehensive understanding of key variance drivers providing strategic insights to the business .Liaise with Corporate Accounting, Tax and Treasury teams driving alignment between different parties and ensuring execution of in country finance requirements .Provide deal modelling support by assisting business partners in all aspects of commercial agreement appraisal to allow for informed decision making which is aligned with profitable growth strategy .Maintain financial controls to ensure the safeguarding of our company's assets and compliance with all relevant internal and external policies and regulations . Credit & Ri skCreate and implement credit strategies that support business growth objective s.Develop and update credit policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and mitigating potential risk s.Participate in the development of internal Score model s.Continuously evaluate the performance of the credit portfolio, identifying opportunities for optimization and adjustment of strategies to maximize returns and minimize losse s.Develop and lead the credit team, promoting an environment of high performance and continuous professional developmen t.Develop indicators for monitoring defaults, analysis and creation of an action plan to adapt to established level s.Identify high potential clients and suppliers to target and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within these organization s.Ensure high levels of suppliers and client / prospect satisfaction through proactive outreach with relevant insights and regular follow-up s.Partner with the generalist commercial team to prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials that highlight company capabilities and advantage s.Be a key decision-maker in complex or challenging investigations, ensuring any potential risk to the business is mitigated effectively and swiftl y.Ensure errors and bugs in the system are identified, prioritized, and reported to the respective technical teams effectivel y.
