Do you relish working with multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery-Partner with the bestAs a member of the Supply Chain Finance team, this role is responsible for effective finance business partnering to the Brazil Operations team (Niteroi manufacturing plant) the Controller ship team and the broader finance team providing analytical & transactional support around inventory and CAPEX management. You will be ensuring a timely & accurate delivery of month-end close including reconciliations for inventory, import & export taxes, and balance sheet and P&L analysis in compliance to GAAP & SOX accounting.As a Sr. Financial Analyst - Supply Chain, you will be responsible for:

- Providing support & guidance to operational & CoE team with regards to PP&E request initiation, project cost monitoring, asset capitalization. Own reconciliation of the asset under construction account and physical asset counts. Ensuring appropriate financial rigor is applied on all key investment decisions. Performing audit of & regularly participate in weekly inventory cycle counts across multiple locations, be the finance lead during the annual physical inventory counts. Review, approve & process inventory adjustments in the system. Providing timely & accurate reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis and explanations as part of month end closing. Supporting Controller ship during internal & external audits with regards to CAPEX and inventory queries, quarterly balance sheet reviews and any ad hoc queries. continuous critical review of variances, incorrect transactions to identify opportunities of improvement and controls. Ensuring adherence to governance controls and audit recommendationsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's Degree in accounting, economics, administration, or related professional qualifications. Have solid experience in a supply chain finance or supply chain management role with proven knowledge of inventory management. Advanced level of English (oral and written)
- Advanced Excel knowledge with experience of building and working with complex models and large data sets
- Ideally prior knowledge of Oracle Pascal. Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Demonstrate ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.Desired Characteristics:

- Strong functional/technical, and analytical skills with the ability to make recommendations and decision-making. Attention to detail. Good understanding of manufacturing processes & cost structure. Experience in preparing balance sheet account reconciliation, supporting month end closing process & inventory reconciliations. Strong communication skills & interpersonal skills. The ability to liaise confidently & assertively across different functions of the organization.
