Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. FP&A Analyst for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.As a Sr. FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for reporting performance-related financial results for various entities. Actively participates in forecasting and manages validation and reporting responsibilities for specific processes. Collaborates with business owners to evaluate strategic initiatives and presents findings to the CFO for approval. Oversees control and sign-off processes, managing the preparation and release of profit center reports, ensuring ongoing relevance.Technical Skills:
University graduated (Actuarial, Economics, CPA, Engineering or similar)
Finance Post graduation would me a plus
Proven experience with financial metrics and reporting.
Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
Experience in portfolio analysis.
Experience with databases, particularly SAS and SQL.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to develop complex financial models.
Insurance experience (Mandatory)•Competencies:Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Desirable:
Knowledge of financial management systems and business intelligence tools.
