Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Full Stack Developer to join TrueOps in a full-time, remote role. As a Sr. Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, leveraging technologies such as Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB. Your role will involve collaborating with our team to create solutions that directly impact our customers, help them recover more money, and improve our auditor's efficiency. This position requires at least three years of experience with the specified technologies. Qualifications Full stack developer (back-end and front-end) Minimum five years of experience as a developer Experience with Tailwind (we use Tailwind UI) Proficiency in Node.js, Next.js (+13 + server actions), TypeScript, and MongoDB Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Minimum of three years of working experience with Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB. Experience with Playwright or similar end-to-end testing libraries Familiarity with AWS ECS/Fargate, SQS, and Cognito. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Conversational English is required, as most team members are native English speakers.
