Summary: We are seeking a Senior HR Analyst to drive the transformation of our HR model by leveraging the capabilities of the Workday system.
This role will focus on enhancing HR processes and supporting the development of the HR team through technical expertise in Workday.
The Senior HR Analyst will be a key reference point for Workday training and best practices across Latin America, ensuring our team maximizes the potential of the system.
Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and enhance Workday dashboards and reports : creation and optimization of dashboards and reports to improve decision-making and operational efficiency Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data management and analysis.
Develop and support the HR team in building technical expertise and knowledge in Workday functionalities and best practices: leading training sessions and workshops for HR teams across Latin America, ensuring high levels of proficiency in Workday Serve as the primary Workday expert for Latin America, offering guidance, training, and support to regional teams Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to compare organizational metrics against industry standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve the use of Workday within the HR department to ensure alignment with evolving business needs Collaborate with stakeholders (People Team Heads from al Latam Subsidiaries) to identify and implement process improvements, utilizing Workday's advanced features and capabilities Requirements: Proven experience as an HR analyst or a similar role, with a strong focus on Workday system usage and management Deep technical knowledge of Workday HR modules, including: Reporting, Security, HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance Strong analytical skills, problem solving and creative mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions Advance English and Spanish (preferably both) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a multi-country or Latin American context.
