The ID also conducts client briefings, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of these objects.Main Activities: Analysis, research, and gathering of requirements and resources.Participation in client briefings to understand project needs.Overseeing the entire educational structure, coordinating with all team members to ensure clarity among professionals and achieve the client's desired outcome within agreed timelines.Creation of instructional plans (SE) and schedules.Responsible for developing instructional plans and overseeing in-person events.Participation in internal training for self-development.Potential on-site monitoring of client activities.Direct client interaction in meetings throughout project development, supporting content creators in content development, and providing guidance to the team on technical educational content.Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
A postgraduate degree in Instructional Design or Neuroscience is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ID.Specialized Knowledge in Instructional Design: Skilled in designing educational solutions, behavior-based learning paths, and events.
Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, self-directed learning, neuro-learning, and learning methodologies.
Experience in designing learner-centered experiences, with knowledge of UX methodologies, Design Thinking, and Artificial Intelligence in instructional design.Skills: Risk analysis and instructional constraints, experience mapping, defining learning objectives, selecting resources/media, and detailing in an instructional matrix.Additional Experience: Experience with training facilitation is a plus.GP Strategies is committed and proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
