Sr. Logistics Specialist Latin AmericaThe Role:This role will be tasked with overseeing operational performance, cost and processes for our warehouses and outbound in Latin America. In this role it is expected to work closely with our 3PL partners and internal partners in ensuring our goods are processed and shipped to our customer's needs. In addition, this role entails working on projects to improve and add to our current capabilities as well as coordinate the budget associated with these warehouses and outbound processes.Contribution:Coordinate the warehouse and outbound shipping functions for LATAMMaintain & improve visible metrics and scorecards related to warehouse and outbound performanceCoordinate continuous improvement projects related to cost, service level and sustainabilityGovern actions with suppliers related to performance improvements, compliance reduction, claims reduction and processesEnsure customer needs are being met through warehouse and outbound processes for LATAMPrepare reports, data analysis and presentations to provide insights to support logistics improvements and communicate with managementParticipate in complex projects related to logistics processes and support broader supply chain initiativesSOP documentation for warehouse and outbound processesKey Qualifications:5+ years of relevant supply chain warehousing and outbound experiences in a multinational companyAbility to travel to warehouse locations as neededExperience managing costs & metrics within a supply chainMust be a team player that is motivated by elevating fellow employeesExperience with warehouse and transport management systemsEducation and skills:A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or related field is preferredFluent Portuguese and English, verbal and in writing.
