The Marketing Analytics Senior Manager LAC is responsible to deliver robust analytics & actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and executions to help produce positive results for the business.

It is an end-to-end integral role involving multiple responsibilities, such as: a) Identifying analytic requirements & use cases from all the Marketing Teams in the region, b) Building robust Marketing Analytics Pipeline, c) Working with Data Science teams to design & execute analytic methodologies and solutions, d) Delivering relevant insights, reports and visualizations to answer key business questions, e) Presenting learnings, best practices & recommendations to internal/external stakeholders, e) Educating/training regional & local stakeholders on available data capabilities & tools.

The position requires hands-on creation and delivery of analytic solutions, and also partnering with Data Science team or other stakeholders & vendors to execute through them analytical deliverables & use cases. It also involves working with and integrating multiple sources of information and data types, for instance: transactional data from Visa systems, data from Market Research/Surveys, media information, etc.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, etc.
- At least 7 years of work experience in the Analytics field.
- Solid Analytical & Problem-Solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Data Science & Analytics tools & practices.
- Proficiency in working with large volumes of data. Extraction and usage of large datasets using tools such as Hadoop Ecosystem, Apache Spark, Hive/R/SAS, through scripting in Python, SQL, Java etc.
- Hands-on skills in cleaning, manipulating, analyzing, visualizing, and modeling large data sets.
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, Datorama.
- Advanced Spreadsheets knowledge (ie. Excel, Google).
- Experience developing ML algorithms (Predictive Models, Segmentations, etc).
- Experience working and analyzing consumer research studies (ie. Brand, Campaign Tracking, Behavior, etc).
- Strong business acumen to transform data and guide analysis according to business needs.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator and presenter. Able to communicate output of complex statistical models in a way that is simple for stakeholders and actionable for the business.
- Team player, self-motivated, results oriented and able to handle numerous projects concurrently.
- Experimental mindset, marketing, technology and digitally curious.
- Passionate about the possibilities (and challenges) of an increasingly data driven world.
- Comfortable working with a regionally distributed team
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish (preferred)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master or courses in Advanced Analytics, Data Science, or related area.
- 7-10 years of relevant industry experience in analytics/CRM in a leading commercial brand, consulting firm or technology company (experience in retail/financial services/digital payments is preferred).
- Previous experience working with Marketing teams and Marketing Data & Tools (ie. Consumer Research, Media, Social, D2C/CRM/Engagement engines, etc).
