This role is accountable for ensuring the success of our **strategic alliances/joint ventures with bottlers**, defining and aligning the best business models and governance and implementing them to deliver exponential results.
**What You'll Do for Us**
- Design & implement 1) best business models with bottlers across the region creating harmonized criteria based on best practices (ex: cost allocation) & 2) a harmonized /unified scheme of governance and routines within different bottlers
- Lead the relationship with bottlers, managing routines and governance of joint ventures/alliances, securing strategy implementation & investment plan fulfillment
- Lead the implementation of key strategic initiatives to drive exponential changes in performance, including all areas of value chain
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- 12 years of experience in Franchise Leadership / Finance/ business management in consumer goods companies / Strategic Consultancy in projects related to business development with proven records of achieving business transformational results
- Bachelor's degree in similar areas and MBA or Advanced Degree
- Fluent English (written and oral) required
- Outstanding financial and investment analysis skills
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Develop solid insights and link to opportunities and business implications
- Strong interpersonal & influence skills
- Solid understanding of beverage/FMCG business fundamental
- Ability to synthesize and interpret multiple sources of data and information to create a single and comprehensive recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, including project scoping, brief development, and project team leadership to drive tangible results.
- Effective communication and ability to manage appropriate dialogue at all organizational levels and diverse stakeholders (internal and external).
- Ability to exert personal influence and strong Negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and leverage value-based relationships
- Excellent internal and external team management and leadership skills
- Bold financial and economic experience and knowledge
**Location flexible within Brazil, Argentina & Chile Coca Cola Company Offices**
