Description and RequirementsThe Sr Manager, Strategic Product Marketing will be responsible to lead a highly technical organization across Braz. Reporting to the local Category leader, this role's primary goals are to provide highly technical support to AP organizations and product & market expertise to help the sales team position products & win. Working closely with the Global Product Managers, this role creates a link between the products team and the Category organization. This role also represents the "voice of sales" into the product team with new products or feature requests.
Responsibilities: Product & Market SpecializationWork with Business Management to drive cycle/campaign product strategyProvide guidance to Business Management function on right product positioning and collateralDevelop sales enablement content with support from marketing and Business Management to define Product/Features, Value Prop, Key differentiatorsDrive Heat Map to help define Strategy and identify Gaps & OpportunitiesProduct Lifecycle & PortfolioDrive E2E Portfolio to maximize opportunities and meet financial objectivesDo the Sales NPI portion, enabling sales & channel with key messages & value propositionEngage with BU and ISG Product team on specific product requirementsManage "Top-Choice"/Tower/Rack life-cycleDrive alignment with key Partners (AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, Broadcom, etc.) on features and functionalityMethodically capture new features & products request, prioritize them and share with Product team. Is the "Voice of the field" into the product organization.Be a product and category ambassador internally and externallyAct as ambassador to support Sales in pitching products and defining the value proposition directly to customers and partnersSubject matter expert for all ISG productsRequirements: Minimum Bachelor, preferred Master's Degree Business AdministrationAt least 8 years previous experience in Technical Sales, Sales Management, MarketingExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsEntrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and driveDeep understanding of various server and storage technologiesImpressive network or contacts across the server and storage industry with the ability to collaborate as part of an ecosystemStrong analytical skills and detail orientedStrong x86 Server expertise and related ecosystemSolid understanding of Server software products (i.e.: OS, Cloud, etc.)
