The role consists of two distinct focus areas: partnering closely with the hiring teams to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans, and providing leadership to a team of recruiters.Your responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
You will focus on consistently elevating capability and delivering on hiring needs across your dedicated area, while managing a portfolio of recruitment mandates and balancing your team's workload.As a leader, you will provide guidance and support to your team, leveraging a metrics and data-driven approach to create a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
