Join us in shaping our future–and yours.What You Will DoMarketing Strategy Expertise: responsible for strategy and execution of Selfcare brands LATAM, focus on Health Care Professional journey. Lead brand business and increase results.Analytical Skills: brand results analysis/business projections. Generate actionable insights, and create reports to track brand performance and identify opportunities. Experience with prescription data will be a difference.Communication: collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Lead and implement strategic and executional plans, national and regional. Active interaction with field force team.Events: responsible for the strategy and leadership of scientific, technical and promotional activities with HCPs, such as congresses, meetings, journeys and others.Forecast: year and monthly planning of materials, sampling, originals and full promotional grid.Compliance: be owner of approvals and follow local policies of HCP business.Budget Control.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Administration or a related field, or relevant certification or experience.Experience in Marketing, with a focus on Health Care Professional.Proven Experience with Brand Plan, strategy and executional.Practical knowledge in HCP Business Model, modernizing and implementing new ways of building brand credentials.Hands on experience with monthly promotional cycle for field force team.Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven business decisions.
