Position Summary Marketing professional to work with institutional, product, digital, press relations, events and communication in a dynamic environment. Will be responsible for contacting and negotiating with suppliers, Medical Societies, doctors, advertising agencies and events. Main Responsibilities Define and structure the Annual Marketing Plan; Management and activation of all events; Conduct weekly meetings with the press office to define and new content; Analyzing data to assist in decision making and to create insight for the commercial manager, marketing and sales actions, through the available tools; Create campaigns for products and promotional materials (visual identity, brochures, templates, etc.); Participate in briefing with agencies, following the deliveries of what was planned; Control of event contracts, suppliers and promotional materials; Management and validation of budget request reports for head office approval; Support to the commercial team in organizing mini meetings and marketing materials; Develop branded content for interaction with doctors and medical visiting teams; Develop relationships with opinion leaders and experts to meet the brand strategy; Support in organization of internal training; Coordinate the creation of briefings with the internal team and agencies, ensuring compliance with global brand guidelines; Review and approval of marketing content in accordance with local legislation; Define product strategies in partnership with the commercial area and bring the news to the sales team and other areas of the company. Support the PSP (Patient Support Program), providing assistance and proposing improvements in activities; Work Experience 3+ years of experience in full-function marketing roles. Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred. Education Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Publicity, Communication or Pharmacy. Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel.Advanced/Fluent English. Skills and Specifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
