The Brazil Homepage, Deals and Events team is looking for a customer-obsessed and data-driven marketing mind to strengthen our ability to delight customers.As Homepage & Events Sr. Marketing Manager, you will work with local and international marketing and business stakeholders, balancing different needs in an ambiguous scenario.
You will support new launches and drive experiments to enhance Homepage customer experience and engagement.
Additionally, you will lead the cross-channel integrated marketing plan to launch promotional events like Prime Day and Black Friday, driving a cohesive communication strategy across stakeholders.We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead and own customer-facing marketing initiatives and implement best-in-class strategies.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering customer insights and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, activation, reactivation, and retention.
Serving as a bridge between our customers and the business, this individual will have the responsibility to drive online marketing strategies to influence customer perceptions.The successful candidate must have the ability to work autonomously, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence others and balance conflicting priorities, working closely with various local and global teams (commercial, creative, product, advertising).Key job responsibilitiesOwn Brazil Homepage strategy, balancing stakeholder priorities considering customer data, tenets, and business long-term goals.Own Homepage content calendar, partnering with internal creative teams to drive fresh and seasonal content, supporting discoverability.Roll out Homepage experiments and new feature launches, leading localization and training local partner teams.Track and report on Homepage performance.Act as the onsite customer experience quality gatekeeper for Homepage and Events.Lead cross-channel integrated marketing plan for major promotional Events like Prime Day and Black Friday, including strategy write-up, implementation, and post-mortem.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience in online advertising/marketing/sales/digital media- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Speak, write, and read fluently in Brazilian Portuguese.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners- Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentationAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
