Job Description
Carrying out thermal-structural analyses of components and equipment;
Numerical modeling of the mechanical behavior of materials;
Analysis of structural integrity;
Development of research and development projects in the area of Materials;
You are meant for this job if:
Mechanical engineer;
Postgraduate degree in materials engineering / materials science / metallurgical engineering (desirable);
Mechanical behavior of materials and their modeling (analytical and numerical);
Structural integrity analysis (BS7910 and/or API579 standards) and fracture mechanics;
Python programming;
Knowledge of ASME, API and other design codes;
Development of mechanical design;
Structural thermal analysis using finite element methods;
Advanced English.
