**Company Description**
- Responsible to develop commercial channel strategy for all layers focusing on meeting different customer profiles and needs;
- Responsible for building commercial plans to drive long term profitable growth, analyzing market trends and anticipating future demands;
- Work close with Marketing to ensure brand strategy is translated into flawless execution by sales teams;
- To be the focal point between the sales force and other areas of the company, understanding the operating channel in depth and bringing insights to build the strategy of value packs to be the first partner of choice for our customers;
- Participate in the construction of JBPs for the main clients (pareto);
- Lead Customer Marketing team to ensure cycle discipline and commitment to dates, leading the execution plan (tools and service packs) in all sales channels, as well as engage the sales force for brilliant implementation and execution in all territories (face to face and digital);
- Responsible to develop, communicate and manage tactical incentive campaigns;
- Grasping strategy and other business areas to contribute to cross-functional initiatives and development of channel plans the company's marketing
- Monitor with customer marketing team the implementation of the strategy through tracking, analysis of reports with the BI team and monitoring of KPIs established with commercial and marketing management, as well as action plans to mitigate possible gaps;
- Translate KPIs into insights to fine-tune with AMT more robust strategies;
- Responsible for developing new business models, suggest improvements on commercial policies and identify opportunities in market for new revenue streams with growth mindset to accelerate business expansion in the market.
**Qualifications** EDUCATION**
- Education: Degree disired in Business Administration, Business development.
- Language: Advanced in English
Others:
knowledge in Design Thinking, Project Management and other innovation management tools will be a plus.
MS Office Advanced: majors in MS Excel, pivot tables, macros and Power Point
