Position GoalResponsible to support implementation of the LATAM Operational Excellence strategy that institutionalizes the principles, methodologies, and mindset of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Strategic Planning to deliver sustainable business results.Run the necessary governance to ensure that the right systems, processes, metrics, and key performance indicators are in place to deliver business results through Operational Excellence and be accountable to enable the countries implement quick wins and process improvements actions. Main ResponsibilitiesDrive change management to ensure Operational Excellence initiatives and Process.Ensure the sharing and leverage of best practice / expertise in the Operational Excellence community within Countries.Support the Operational Excellence planning process, ensuring business cases, analyze key business initiatives and needs that support, improve, and/or transform business operations, processes, and strategies.Maximize the business value of local initiatives.Support activities in implement and organize project management office (PMO) with new tools to Assist in the routine management of all departments and Strategic ProjectsSupport Countries to design Operational Excellence strategies is aligned with Regional Operational Excellence strategy.Initiate, lead and support programs / projects and their delivery in alignment with program / project goals, time scales and costs. RequirementsBachelor's Degree – Engineering, Administration>3 years in Operational Excellence Team and/or functionExpertise in Operational ExcellenceTrained in 6-Sigma Black BeltFluent in EnglishTrained and certified in 6-Sigma Black BeltAvailability to work hybrid: 3x at week at Vila Olimpia24 months contract
