Summary
This position is not assigned to a particular squad; it will work with different teams to design and deliver 'cross-squad' features, interacting with business engineering and cross-product specialists and remaining cross-areas inside the company to scale our products and enable go to new markets.
What you'll do
Responsible for the product life cycle, from conception, design, development, testing, release, and operation.
Work on a daily basis with squad routines to allow the launch of new products in accordance with the strategy broadly.
Identify optimization requirements between business and product baseline, improving product architecture and design to ensure high scalability, performance, and reliability.
Manage short-and long-term product planning and prioritization based on user value and business value, accordingly with Pismo Strategy.
Monitor market trends, regulatory framework changes, and competitive landscape to identify and suggest improvements or new positioning of our products globally, mainly LAC and APAC.
Provide technical and business expertise to address customer needs and concerns.
Minimum Qualifications
Deep knowledge and experience with digital wallet services and core payment products to support widely banking money movement.
Understand user customs and pain points, competition landscape and regulation, market insights and differentiated competition, and establish a viable value proposition and business strategy for digital wallets and payment methods through research and competitive analysis in different markets.
Previous experience operating products by targeting regulatory issues, client feedback, and KPI analysis to continuously improve product solutions.
Work with multiple cross-functional teams to effectively manage stakeholders and products across multiple markets.
Leverage expertise in payment methods, such as card schemes and digital wallets, to enhance Pismo's platform capabilities.
Design and support the development of cross-team offerings, ensuring product innovations, scalability, and sustainability.
