Summary

The Lending Squad is responsible for managing the lifecycle of loans from its simulation until its completion.
With a special focus for total debt amount handling, value is delivered for Financial Institution Backoffice's, IT areas and Credit officers by enabling them to automate and reduce the time to create and maintain different loan products and its loans in a highly scalable way by using APIs and Events evolved and maintained by the Lending Squad.
What you'll do

Map, evaluate and record intakes and requirements that can deliver value for the Lending Platform Target Customer Profile.
Generate artifacts that convert valid intakes into clear and concise requirements (User Stories, Journeys, Workflows, One Pagers, Presentations, Spreadsheets...).
Maintain product backlog and roadmap organized according to prioritizations from market, business and internal demands.
Participate in testing and validating features built for the lending product.
Drive communications and alignments with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate internally with a variety of teams/squads (including but not limited to Pre Sales, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, Product Peers, Engineering Team).
Exercise a self-directed leadership within the squad.
Be the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders regarding the functional capabilities of the Lending platform.
Keep a track of lending business environment, and provide inputs for new feature development to the lending development team.
Minimum Qualifications

Advanced level of English (speaking).
Solid experience working in the Lending Product environment.
Large experience as Product Manager.
Previous Experience in an Agile Environment (familiarity with Dual Track, Kanban, Jira, Miro and other commonly used tools).
Great Communication Skills.
Experience working closely with the technology teams and a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with functional tests.
Desirable knowledge of APIs, Postman and AWS cloud computing.
Desirable experience in Market Research and Benchmarking.
