Brazil Retail Operations & Initiatives (RO&I) team is looking for a passionate, talented Senior Product Manager to build solutions to reduce the number one pain point of vendors focused on the Retail Catalog Listing and Vendor Costs Experience. The RO&I Listing and Vendor Experience owns driving strategic initiatives to improve Retail product listing and catalog process for vendors.
Key job responsibilities
Projects for this role includes developing and driving new initiatives for Vendors Catalog Listing and Cost Experience with the following responsibility:
1. In this role you will be the owner for main metrics that define Listing frictions, time to list and Vendors Cost Updates freshness
2. You will launch products and solutions in partnership with Listing and Vendor Experience programs to reduce Listing defects for Brazil and ensure we have the latest costs provided by vendors
3. You will increase vendor satisfaction by working on initiatives that improve clarity and transparency of our Listing processes.
4. You will scale worldwide solutions by tailoring solutions in Brazil, being ans important advocate for Emerging Countries experience and scaling it through businesses teams
5. You will own main Brazil Listing Experience Business reviews, mechanisms and yearly operational planning for Retail Listing and Cost related Vendor Experience to reduce vendor attrition
6. You will collaborate with partner team to ensure that we take data based decisions to reduce Listing Error Rates, Improve catalog quality and vendor experience on cost management
